Message from Dr Koh Siang Kiang.
Hello everyone, thank you for your love, prayers & words of encouragement during my time of bereavement of the passing of Mrs Poulson. I’ve journeyed the last 19 years carrying for her through old age and two bouts of cancer, the last of which took her home to glory. 14 of those years I took care of both her and Dr Poulson, with help from lived in helpers only for 8 of those 19 years. Suddenly I feel tired and think I need to take a break for a couple of months (I still have my ministry at Singapore Bible College that I must continue).
So I would temporarily halt the class until July 2022. Meanwhile I know you will continue to pray for me, and I for you .

Introduction to “Meet-God-Mid-Week” (MGMW) and Koh Siang Kiang
The name “Meet-God-Mid-Week” (MGMW) was given in 1993 after this one-hour Bible exposition which met every Sunday evening at Grace Baptist Church, was changed to Tuesday night.
After the late Rev Dr E N Poulson retired as Dean/Faculty of Singapore Bible College in 1988, he started the above. Prior to that he did the same since 1953 as an evening school class of SBC.
When Dr Poulson was suddenly called home to glory on 13 October 2017, I thought his last series, 2 Kings, on 10 October was the end of MGMW. But when class members individually asked me if I was going to teach, God moved me to continue a legacy Dr Poulson began. He had never once suggested I continue because he was one who wanted something like this to ONLY come from God.
Koh Siang Kiang, Dr (Miss) grew up in a non-Christian home. After losing her father at age 12 the search for answers to life and death led her to Jesus in her late teens. She immediately began to hunger for God’s Word. Beginning with studies at the evening school at SBC, she eventually felt called to fulltime work and started theological studies at SBC and eventually went on to doctoral studies at Dallas Theological Seminary.
Her early ministry experiences were “cradle to the grave experiences” in the church as well as administration at Singapore Bible College where she assisted Dr Poulson, and learned through apprenticeship.
Her childhood dreams of teaching became a reality when the Lord led her to teach at Baptist Theological Seminary, then Dallas Theological Seminary and now at Singapore Bible College for the last 18 years.
