Rev Dr Patrick Tang was the former senior pastor of Kuala Lumpur Baptist in the 1980s. He ministered in Hong Kong from 1990 to1997. He started Bible Exposition Institute (BEI) in the USA (www.BibleExposition.org) which has over 40,000 students around the world.
